Use of Service
ThinkMsg provides a WhatsApp marketing platform that allows you to send campaigns, manage conversations, and automate customer interactions. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's terms of service and Meta's policies.
Account Registration
To use ThinkMsg, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free Platform & Paid Add-ons
The core ThinkMsg platform is free to use. Optional paid add-ons, such as AI Support, are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel paid add-ons at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
WhatsApp API Costs
Meta charges per-message fees for WhatsApp Business API usage. These charges are separate from ThinkMsg and are billed directly by Meta. ThinkMsg is not responsible for any fees charged by Meta.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ThinkMsg to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the ThinkMsg platform are owned by ThinkMsg and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
ThinkMsg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ThinkMsg after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
