Is ThinkMsg an official Meta partner?
Yes. ThinkMsg is a Meta-approved WhatsApp Tech Provider. That means we can manage your WhatsApp Business Account, send messages on your behalf, and manage your templates directly, under Meta's own Tech Provider program.
Do you only work with WhatsApp?
Yes, by design. We build deep on one channel instead of spreading thin across SMS, voice, email, and RCS. If your business needs those too, we're not the right fit — and we'll tell you that.

How does a Custom Solutions project start?

Who maintains it once it's built?
We do. Custom Solutions means we run the product on your behalf, including keeping it current with Meta's platform changes — not a one-time build you're left to operate.

Platform Access
Who is Platform Access for?
Businesses building their own product for their own customers, who want ThinkMsg's WhatsApp engine underneath it instead of building that layer themselves. See /platform for what's included.
What does Platform Access cost?
₹499 per WhatsApp number per month, AI Support included. Meta's own per-message fees are billed separately, directly by Meta, at cost — no markup from us.
Can we sign up ourselves?
Not self-serve — talk to us first. We provision the account, and every account is set up by us, not through an open signup form.
Is there API access?
Yes. Platform Access includes API access so you can wire ThinkMsg into your own product or existing workflow.
Billing & Meta fees
Are Meta's per-message fees included in the ₹499?
No. The ₹499/number/month is ThinkMsg's fee. Meta charges separately for messages you send, based on your usage and the regions you message into, billed directly by Meta. We pass those through at cost.
Is AI Support really included, no extra charge?
Yes. AI Support used to be a separate add-on; it's now bundled into the ₹499/number/month Platform Access fee.
